A machine-struck coin made in Jiangxi Province.
The words in Chinese (庫平) means the standard. Which was representing the coin was the standard ten cents being made in Jiangxi Province during the Guangxu Period.
On another side of the coin, there was a dragon pressed on it, this dragon named as Jiaolong (蛟龍).
